Founded in 2018, Foke Energy is an SEC compliant private investment group focused on the international distribution of fossil fuels.
We work closely with refineries to streamline the process of procuring and wholesaling fossil fuels. Our key product offering includes bulk diesel, aviation fuel, paraffin, and heavy fuel, which we supply to regions facing a higher demand than their available supply
To meet the energy needs of these regions and bridge the gap caused by insufficient local refinery production, we collaborate with offshore refineries to import the required fuels. By doing so, we play a significant role in ensuring the availability of these essential resources, thereby contributing to the improvement of the quality of life for the people of Africa
The proof of concept research has been successfully completed, paving the way for the initiation of capital investment as well as the formation of strategic partnerships.
From it’s humble beginnings as a small idea, Foke has now evolved into a fully formalized entity. As a significant milestone, Foke International has completed it’s registration as a Limited Liability Company in the state of Texas.
As the years progress, Foke continually strengthens its financial position, enabling us to procure and wholesale increasingly larger quantities of fossil fuels to meet the needs of those who rely on them.
Foke International’s remarkable success has led to its transformation into Foke Energy, LLC. With an impressive captial infusion of 15 million dollars, we are now poised to make a substantial impact in the energy industry.

Our journey began in 2018 when Keith Engelbrecht embarked on a proof of concept engagement, investing $50,000 to bring his vision to life. After extensive planning and collaborative efforts, Foke International was officially established as a Texas LLC in November 2019.
With a relentless drive for growth, Foke International saw its first round of funding in December 2019, securing a substantial investment of $140,000 for Foke I. Building on this momentum, Foke II received an additional infusion of $130,000 in September 2020, followed by Foke III, which further expanded our resources with an investment of $265,000 in January 2021. The success continued as Foke IV joined the ranks in January 2022, contributing an impressive $400,000 to our ever-growing endeavors.
As the demand for our innovative solutions soared, Foke I experienced a reinvestment round of $265,000, bringing our total capital to a remarkable $1.2 million.
Now, with well over $15 million at work, Foke International has evolved into Foke Energy, LLC – a testament to our commitment to progress, innovation, and making a positive impact in the energy sector.
